Description
Dawson Everett has achieved his lifelong goal of becoming a football player in the NFL. He never forgot his childhood best friend. Dawson has just moved to New York when he runs into Brennan Olsen. A woman he's chased for the past decade, except she doesn't seem quite the same. Brennan, now a superstar in the music world, is considered New York's sweetheart, but keeps her walls built high. Though she is doing well in her professional life, something feels unfulfilled in her personal life. When a PR opportunity pops up for Dawson and Brennan, they decide to enter into a fake relationship. They have very simple tasks in order to fulfill their obligations, but Dawson is high achiever, leaving Brennan confused. Between their fake dates, early morning runs, and a romance checklist, old wounds collide with new feelings. Brennan isn't sure which to believe anymore.
