Chapter 1:Tend Seconds to Midnight

A nameless, exhausted scientist in a crumbling lab accidentally mixes a neurotoxin into his experimental "regeneration serum." He leaves the tainted vial unsecured. A lab mouse escapes, drinks the formula, and mutates-growing serrated teeth and a rabid hunger. It bites the scientist, who turns into a hyper-aggressive zombie in 10 seconds, spreading the plague overnight.
