Maya Miles and Lando Norris have been friends for so many years, since they were 2 years old. Maya's parents moved from California to England when Maya was 2, and their house was next to the Norris family, making them friends. They grew up together, went on vacations together, celebrated birthdays together, had sleepovers, and went to school together-everything together. Maya became a famous singer and Lando an F1 driver, which made them both move away from England, but their friendship never ended. Something Maya doesn't know is that Lando has been in love with her since day one but is too scared to say it.
