INTRODUCTION

Freshly graduated with a Ph.D. in chemistry, Grace Hayashi is in desperate need of a job. Unfortunately for her, the United States isn't fond of Japanese Americans, especially not one who is a woman. When a letter arrives in the mail offering her a job with Dr. Abraham Erskine, Grace jumps at the opportunity. She becomes a prominent scientist of Project Rebirth, where she meets and befriends Steve Rogers. She just didn't expect everything to turn out the way it did.
