Though most women claim to be in their brat era, is it always a good thing?

This story is about Jess, an up and coming pop star working on her second album and prepares for the release and touring cycle. But her bratty rebellious behavior is effecting her career and the careers of others, and she doesn't seem to care.

As a last ditch effort, her record label has hired a new manager with some "unorthodox" methods they believe will give Jess the best opportunity for a long successful career.

This story also touches on friendships and some of the practices behind the scenes of the entertainment industry.
