Description
The Filomena Residential Program is a not-for-profit business started by Ms. R Filomena nearly 3 decades back. It is a program for college kids in the city of New York. Enlistees get assigned to be under the care of "parents" who take care of the enlistees like "parents", but with caveats. The "parents" stay very involved in their "children's" lives and are responsible for their behavior, grades, health etc. Sort of like college students being treated as if they were in their tweens again. Ms. Filomena started this after her youngest daughter could not handle the pressure of going away from her structured household and went down the stray path of drugs and men. Ever since then, the program has evolved into a very elaborate program with more than 200 "children" and 50 "parents" enrolled. This story is about Katherine, an incoming freshman at a university in New York who is being enrolled into this program with her best friend, Natalie. Follow along! CONTAINS CONSENSUAL, NON-SEXUAL SPANKING OF INDIVIDUALS.
