Elowen has always grown up living like a weed, in New York City. Like most, she deals with life as it comes her way. Only when an incident happens-too convenient to be an accident-that she has her life turned upside down, that she is taken to Tyvia, the land of the Folk. She had spent her entire life wanting to blend in, and she had gotten pretty good at it, until she began her life with the Folk. Even among her own people, she stood out. While in the human world, she was a Recorder. Sent in to spy on humans since the Folk were nearly certain war was brewing against the two kinds. Then the incident happened and she was forced to come back. Her memories, her human ones became a blur, but her Folk ones, the ones from the first six years of her life, were gone. The memories were supposed to be able to be pulled back at any time, and they could do it for every other Recorder, but why not her? As mysteries unfold and she learns who to trust, she finds herself living a life perfectly imperfect, much like a dandelion. ⭐️Under edits and reviews.
