Clancy lives in Dema, he does not know life outside of the city, he has dreamt of a life on the outside but never dared to cross the Bishops.

One day a boy dressed in green with a yellow bandana approaches Clancy at his usual viewing place.

The boy with the yellow bandana changes everything.
