The O.C.E.A.N. Inc. has been trying to stop this attacks, but failed in the progress, Making their enemies the Octarian Army as their allies. Yet, Their try has been in vain. Their last hope, was fight fire with fire, creating a technology that could fight them, Creating the Rider Inhibitors/Watch and the O.C.E.A.N. System, A network that could give the info of their enemies and their new creations. But one night, one of the Inhibitors dissapeared along with many other incomplete proyects in a "Ambush" by their enemies , They balery survived that raid. 3 years later... The world stayed in calm while the attacks of the demons was decreasing, thanks to the new technology of O.C.E.A.N Inc. yet, things went odd when a mysterious attacks in mass of red eyes masked cephalopods. But the difference, they act like the demons, completely out of their minds. Not just that but helping the demons like allies. Complicating all the operations. But when hope seemed lost. A Suited Masked hero arrived to attack both of the demons and the new foe. Known by the social media as "Kamen Rider" a warrior who's rumored, has defeated the demons, and the new foe. People cannot identify him at all, they all just know his eyes, one blue and one yellow, shows how he really is. Who'll this hero will really be and what's going on in this... Realm? The only way bring "Creation" and Stop "Destruction"... you'll need to find the "Balance" of who you really are.
