Nick and Ethan have been friends their whole lives. Most people didn't understand their friendship, as Nick was outgoing and a jock, while Ethan was introverted and stubborn. Nevertheless, the two were best friends, having told each other about every crush and secret since second grade. Well, almost every secret. There was a small, tiny thing Ethan had never told Nick. He was secretly a 4 inch tall borrower that could grow to be the size of a human. Ethan had been so careful when borrowing, never taking more than he needed. He had followed all of the borrower rules, never letting Nick see his borrower form. Unfortunately, no matter how careful he was, he eventually got caught.
