“Mom! Dad! No!” I watched helplessly as my parents got lifted up in the air by some invisible thing. I saw them struggling, their legs thrashing around as if something has caught them by their necks. They were begging for help while I sat there, crouched on the wet ground, the heavy rain pouring down. Their wails and howls echoed in my ears, my body too weak to move, blood mixed with rain water trickling down from my forehead. My vision beginning to blur. Then, I heard a snap. ...
