The government had started falling apart. Society started closing in on the strongest, forcing those mentally capable to fall back and enter the dark pits of their despair.

The Butterfly Campaign had decided to remove all of this and work towards a better future for everyone. Or was it only for themselves? Work piled up along each citizen's desk, causing pain in everyone's life. The Monarchs had a plan up their sleeves, for the better or the worse, one can only hope.
