Description
"In the heart of the South, like flint twisted into the side of the white sun, there is a royal fire navy ship gored into the ice. On its bow, treacherously close to being seen, my measly, red-clad figure. Fate and death were dancing, scandalously intimate in the wheelhouse of my life for some time now. At last, the world was ending, and in a friendly, sun-painted package was its catalyst." When Zuko is banished, he feels that he has only two on his side. His uncle, Iroh, and a serving boy by the name of Kohi, a friend. It's only after Kohi realizes a terrible secret about himself that they both start to see the truth. Everything has a cost. This is the price for their loyalty. I thought the idea of every nation speaking a different language was cool, so I put myself through twenty years of agony in languages far from home and killed 600 of my braincells w/ caffeine Odysseus style to get that in this work.
