Description
In Salt Lake, Utah, the Caswell's were one of the most well known family's thanks to their business industry meanwhile their next door neighbors the Presley's were more well known for their musical talent seeing as both of them were acapella world champions turned school music teacher and guidance counselor. So it was quite a surprise when EJ Caswell decided to become best friends with Ariana Presley, but EJ always felt like he could be himself with her that the plan his family had laid out for him didn't exist, that he could be just the way he was and she'd love him for it. But one summer without warning, he dumps her for a girl who sways in the back and chooses the school musical over the acapella group the pitch perfects, leaving her to look elsewhere for a new lead male vocalist, which she finds in a skater boy who wanted to talk about their ex's.
