Chapter One

Charlie has been living alone since she was 16 when she moved out of her abusive dad's house. One day something terrible happens, and she is thrown into depression, fear, and becomes mute. Now, almost two years later, after living alone, and only talking on very rare occasions, she meets Luke Hemmings by pure accident, and her life is turned upside down. but is it turned upside down for the better?
