Set in his ways after his wife left years ago, Wyatt Brooks is not looking for any change. Hes focused on two things-raising his sixteen year old daughter, Bailey, and running his dads ranch. Its simple and quiet with just the two of them. Just the way he likes things. Enter Sadie Blake. She's pregnant, freshly single, and an absolute chatter box. Sadie is everything Wyatt isn't. She left the city for a new start, settling in Oak Hallow at the old, rundown farmhouse Wyatts' mom rents out at the edge of the property. Sadie was born in the city, never having stepped foot on a farm once in her life but, shes carefree enough to take everything with a spoonful of sugar. Including renovating the farm house completely on her own, six months pregnant. When Bailey insists that her dad go out and help her one day as Sadie is, very wrongly, hammering a post of her fence, Wyatt gives in. Fixing her fence post quickly turns into helping renovate the entire farm house. Wyatt knew to not get involved. She was fine on her own-pregnant or not-and Sadie made that very clear. But when renovations turn into late night porch conversations, laughs after something falls apart, and lingering touches, will Wyatt be able to steer clear of the spontaneous, loud and bubbly distraction a few hundred feet away on the ranch?
