Dinah "Dizzy" Wilson is a 19-year-old audio engineering major at a scrappy community college somewhere in the middle of the city, spending her days buried in pawn shop soundboards and lyrics no one's heard. She doesn't believe in fame, only in music-the kind that means something.
Then she meets John Mayer, a 20-year-old soon-to-be Berklee dropout with a guitar, a relentless confidence, and a dream too big for this city.
