Mason Lyon has always been known as the quiet, intelligent, nerdy twin brother of Hakeem Lyon, who is a university student and works in the IT department of Empire, a music company owned by his father, Luscious Lyon. Ever-since birth, Mason has always made different kinds of unique inventions, won first place in every science fair and contest imaginable, and even that isn't enough to get his father's love and attention. He's always been overlooked, living in his brothers' shadows, being a disappointment to his father. He has big dreams, big goals, and a purpose, but all of that truly begins when he is bitten by a radioactive spider and he becomes New York's friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
