An accident.

Kang Esoa, after receiving her treatment from Germany, returned to her hometown in Korea, losing all the memories of the previous year;including her lover.

As she repeated her 12th grade in Germany, she got admitted in college first year after getting back in Korea, where she found her past lover, a year ahead of her.
