Evelyn Freyre- We've heard that name somewhere before, haven't we? Evelyn has been in and out of foster homes her entire life. Until she finally got adopted at 14. Shes 17 now, will she ever find her real parents? -----------------‐--------------------------------------------------- This is NOT a love story. There may be love in my story, because there is love in life. But that is not what this story is focused on. There can be love in everything, the way the wind blows, the spring flowers, tanning at the beach. There can even be love in negative things. Arguments, 911 calls, death. My problem wasn't that there was all this love everywhere, it was just that I couldn't see it. I wasn't actively searching for it. You can't expect to get a miracle when you're doing absolutely nothing. You have to try. You have to look for the love. You can't just walk through a park and expect to be hit with a life changing feeling. That won't happen. You have to go searching somewhere deeper. It's not just about the place. You have to search within yourself, find out who you are. You have to find peace withing yourself. Stop fighting your own mind. Let it take over, if that's not safe then get help. Now, I'm not really the person to be giving all this advice. But I do know from experience.
