1 Backstory

So this story is exactly like mha, but with a different plot. Yes, they still have quirk and katsuki is still mean, just not towards izuku.

Also izuku has a quirk in this universe. I tried to go off of an idea I seen about if izuku was a bully with katsuki in middle school.
