Description
A story in which a girl fights to choose her own destiny. "No, i won't." There was gasps heard as people murmed to each other and themselves. "I beg your pardon?" My father asked, looking at me as if I've committed the biggest crime in the world, which, according to his books, I had. "I'm not marrying him, Dad." I repeated. There were more gasps and murmers. "Why won't you marry him? Is it because of that useless boy? " My father asked. "That useless boy is my husband." I snapped and lifted my hand, showing my father and the audience the huge diamond ring on my hand. I was rewarded with the defeating silence that took over. Just then, the doors opened, and the man of the hour stepped in, looking delvishly handsome in his black tux. Oblivious to the chaos I had caused, he flashed me a smirk. One which caused my mind to become gooey and my panties to become wet. The same smirk that caused my father to become red.
