Chapter One

The year is 2039.
Aliens have invaded the Earth, taking the forms of scaly animal-like creatures. A few pockets of human survivors remain, hiding from the aliens and fighting for their lives.
In what used to be Washington DC, four humans have made camp inside the Library of Congress. But when they get a couple of new additions, they discover that everything is not as it seems...
