Chapter 1

Since her mother died and her father went to war, she has taken care of her siblings. Then she meet a soldier who changes everything. And when her family's farm gets attacked she starts to regret her yearn to fight. She finds herself wondering if the cycle of loss revenge and more loss will ever end.

This story takes place during the American revolution. It has multiple povs and I hope you like it! This is my first story so please go easy on me! I'm not American so sorry if it's inaccurate but I did learn about it in social studies!
