Silent. Deadly. They called her the Red-Eye Killer. She has one glowing red eye when she murders her hopeless victims. No one knows her true identity. Absolutely no one. Until one day, a girl was her next victim but something stops her from killing her. Why? What was it about this girl? More importantly, killers don't have feelings.....or do they?
