Prologue

"Why would I want to join UA?"
In a world in which the avatar is long forgotten, a strange girl just rescued from nine years of being held hostage proves to have a strong quirk which the Hero Public Safety Commission finds interest in.
Though they suspect connection to the newly appeared League of Villains.
For that reason they propose that she joins the hero course at UA high in order for her to become a hero and to be constantly surveilled.
But why would she want that?
After all, heroes have been nothing but useless in her eyes. Though unfortunately, she has no choice.
Little did they know that they found the key to world balance.
