Secret Twin?

Toshino Akabane is Karma's Secret twin. There born twins but different appearances Toshino was born with blue hair and silver eyes while Karma was born with red hair and mercury gold eyes.
Karma may be mischevious but he also has a soft side especially with his brother.
Toshino was born with a failing heart so he is always sick so Karma has to take care of him.
Join there adventure as Toshino recovers and joins Class 3-E to assassinate Korosensei
