Brandy Emerson loves her small-town life on of island of Chincoteague, her many friends, cute guys, late night adventures along the waters but that is all taken from her when her family suddenly decides to move in with her moms new billionaire boyfriend all the away across the country in Orange County California. Brandy has never had a problem with not having any friends and moving will certainly change all of that.
