Everyone knows that the Kamen Rider are originated from their main archnemesis Shocker and become a protector of humanity instead of a destroyer like what they forced Decade of the Heisei to do

But what they didn't know is that all Kamen Riders' doing has created a mysterious Kamen Rider that merged based on all of their purposes of being a Kamen Rider. A mysterious Kamen Rider was born during the bleaching of Earth and the multiverse of Kamen Riders.
