Mocking Gods

The Beltzoak, beings so advanced they wield quantum paradoxes as weapons, encounter an object that shouldn't be a threat. A crude, trembling disc-like something out of a 1950s sci-fi myth-floats before them, untouched by singularities, mocking their power. What follows is not a battle, but a lesson: they were never the predators. They were the prey.
