Just when we are persuaded to believe that Life is better Life is not better. We hope for a better life, a break from the usual, more opportunities, Yet feels more like we are stuck in the same patterns, same routines that existed generations ago. Struggle, work constantly, wake up early, sleep late, eat as much as possible or stay hungry, Cherish those around you, for tomorrow is not promised, than do it all over again day after day. You may get promoted, but your routine remains the same. You may get a few days off (vacation), but your routine remains the same. How, you ask? You work and earn an income (your cut), yet to return that sum entirely or in portions, within days or weeks. Some may say they are paying their bills, but it seems more of an exchange, or giving back what you earned to higher authorities. (Is it sinking yet)? You are persuaded to keep earning more, in hopes for a less stressful life, Yet the more you earn, the more you spend, meant to say return back. On a yearly basis, you have this large sum that comes to you, Makes you feel good to see so many numbers all together. But yet, what do you do? You give it all back to the higher authorities, Just like our previous generations had to give their earnings, if not all, back to their higher authority. Just saying. Just when we are persuaded to believe that What happened generations ago, no longer exist, It seems more that we are going in circles, just like our planet, but just very slowly.
