when Skye's mum leaves with Skye's brother and sister to Texas, skye is left to feel unwanted and alone.her dad is constantly working and she is starting university with her two best friends , Quinn and pearl to make matters worse, Skye's dad brings home his new girlfriend, after 6 years of not dating, she moves in with them and her daughter Lexi and her son Caleb.

when more people all of a sudden start to re-locate to the remote town in Lancashire, skye knows something is wrong and she is determined to find out what it is. but will she be ready to find out that her own family has been lying to her about what her family is and what she is to become?
