Prolouge

Sousuke Hatoru, a high school student, was teleported by a mysterious cracked that appear on his father's farm. He doesn't know what will happen to him on the future but the only matters to him right now is a way to find the place he once called home.
This is the beginning of his journey to return to his world. However, this mission is hard thing to accomplish by him alone when the evil organization is plotting something that could endanger all worlds.
