Author's note

Maria continues to read through her diary, uncovering fragments of her younger self as she navigates the journey of self-growth. She witnesses her past efforts to build herself, forge meaningful relationships, find happiness, and heal. Through these reflections, she discovers not only how to love others but, more importantly, how to love herself. As she reads, she encounters moments of regression, realizing that it's part of her evolution, and learns to embrace these changes as necessary steps on her path.
