Years have passed since the defeat of the Cookies of Darkness by the Ancient Warriors. They decided to form the Alliance with the effort to keep peace in the region. However, with the Alliance came the Federation whose to use the Soul Jam for themselves to revive Dark Enchantress Cookie and lead Soulnam into a bad future.

Momoko Hinokami, Burning Spice's right hand and daughter gives her the Soul Bottle NEO and the Light of Destruction to fight off the Federation in the Ancient's place alongside her childhood friends Kanade Shirohage, and Kotaro Aoyagi.
