When Jakov Milatovoć, the president of Montenegro, mysteriously dies, a new man takes over the country. Zlatko Kričković is known for being a people pleaser and giving the public what they want. However, he's not exactly what the media makes him out to be. Under his rule, he completely turns Montenegro on its head. All contact with anyone outside Montenegro is forbidden, no one's allowed to leave their homes until all tourists leave, and no one, not even Montenegrins, are allowed to re-enter the country.
