Everyday Brian wakes up feeling worthless by his family and himself until he finally calls it quits. He sets out to leave Quahog behind and pursue a Hollywood internship he was recommended. After getting in a wicked accident and totaling his car, Brian lands in a small town nowhere to go for 6 months. He gets stuck with a lousy high school janitor where his nosy neighbor goes.
