The Winner's Circle

Throughout human history, the concept of games has held a certain level of power over humanity. Crossing the gap between victory and defeat can sway a heart from joy to anger and then misery or vice-versa and has done so from the dawn of the Olympics in Rome all the way to the modern day.
In said modern day, however, things have changed, man's tools have turned from stone to card stock. And from that card stock, the drama and lure of a game lives on.
