A war story following a young soldier named Dallas Nixon, his lovers, and his downfall. (my apologise if you read this book when I accidentally kept writing his last name as Dixon, I am indeed big stoopid) Beginning with his simple entry into the war, observing him through meeting the man he was destined to lose, and into his spiral down through insanity. The book title comes from the pet name Dallas is given by his star-crossed lover.
