Description
[Name] Koutarou is a First Class CCG Ghoul investigator and is the younger brother of the also First Class CCG Ghoul Investigator Amon Koutarou. After an incident involving a certain binge eater, his life is turned upside down. As a person who has always had a burning hatred for ghouls, he is unable to handle the situation well. Some may even say he was crazed by change. He knows that in the end...he'll only be able to be one...or will he?
