Amelia "Lia" Wilson was born and raised in the Outer Banks. She spent majority of her childhood on the Cut, growing up surrounded by Pogues before her life completely changed resulting in a move to Figure Eight.

Does Lia's change in circumstances change the friend the Pogue's have known all their lives? Or will she stay true to the person she used to be?
