Ms. Raccoon a.k.a Ringtail is the slyest of the Bad Guys and is known as The Wild Card. She sneaks into museums and banks to steal anything she wants like treasures, money, and jewelry. She carries a grappling hook, smoke bombs, sleep gas bombs, and a cane. She also mastered all kinds of kung fu skills and secret techniques from her ancestors.

After a failed attempt to steal the gold dolphin, Wolf comes up with a plan to be good guys so they can stay bad guys.

Now, the Bad Guys will learn to be good guys all while planning to steal the golden dolphin for real.
