A young transgendered woman named Maitland Warren rekindles her friendship with her best friend from high school Bradley Maxwell after not seeing each other for years after they graduated from high school. As their relationship progresses, Maitland realizes she looks upon Bradley as more than just a friend. However, with Bradley not only being "straight" by having a girlfriend named Rachel, she wonders if a romantic relationship with her high school best friend could even be possible.
