Zuko never understood friendship in any means. He just thought that people like him weren't able to have friendships. That they weren't able to be loved. Never able to have that certain person make their life seem like a paradise on top of a wonderland that no one but him could ever dream of. That life was only him, alone. Alone with his thoughts. The thoughts that could make the end of him.
