Alice materializes characters from the Mad Tea Party while obsessing over this question: "Where did the Mad Hatter come from?" Hatter haunted her in her dreams, having left imprints on her from the lost world of Wonderland.
Sprinkled throughout are elements from the original Lewis Carroll stories: Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass
