Prolouge

The year, 2244, every town has a Farrow, a specimen enslaved from the planet Resher that tell people when they will die, because they are the keepers of life and death. When Jane Dips was eleven, the Farrow told her that she would die in the next forty eight hours; Jane is now eighteen, forced out of her parents shelter and into the real world. She could die at any moment, but all she wants to know, is why is she still alive? Soon she meets Chase, a boy who was behind her in line to find out his death time, he was supposed to die the same day as her. The two embark on the journey of finding out how they're still living.
