Sudden Death of Three People

An ordinary boy decided to play a Naruto inspired game where you can create your own character. However, all abilities can only be gotten through a gacha. With great luck, he managed to get Otsutsuki Hagoromo as a bloodline template along with Son Goku as his Tailed Beast. Just as he was about to start the game, a nuclear bomb got dropped to his house, thus killing him.

He later woke up being surrounded by Sasuke's family, in a two years old body, and most importantly... the Uchiha Massacre was going to happen really close, and Itachi doesn't love him as much as he does with Sasuke!!!
