This story is about a middle school girl named Alycia . She thought middle school would be so awesome but it turned out to be completely different than what she thought it would. She tried as hard as she could just to fit in but you have to read to see if she actually does get to the chance to fit in or realize something different. Maybe a more important friendship that she can do herself.
