Rhea Vargas was just your average accidentally popular girl that was a punk. That all changed when she met Josh Tomjack, a new kid that transferred to Hawaii from New York. As they begin to know about each other, Rhea begins to fall for Josh. Hard. But, with parents forcing her to go with Jacob, her emotions getting the better of her, and her friends trying to mess things up, will this work out?
