Nick didn't have an exciting life. His only goals were to work, sleep, and have a good time. When a new neighbor moved into the apartment complex right next door, he quickly found the man cold and shut off, yet desirable.

Soon, the neighbors form an arrangement to satisfy their loneliness. Using a line to keep boundaries seemed easy at first, but what happens when they find each other crossing the line?
